About Us

In 2008, founders Omeduar and George Adams were moved by the lack of presentational training for ministers and the plight of homelessness as part of their volunteer work.  Their passion is servicing the local community to improve the lives of people they see daily.   They wanted to provide a bridge that would help people overcome the barriers regardless of life’s situations.  This ministry is for ministers who are not able to attend seminary training, and to move people from homelessness to becoming independent and self-sufficient.   Our ministry has grown to many volunteers in different areas.  We currently feed, clothe, pray and minister to many people monthly, by actively going to communities and offering our love first, and then our services.

One of our main missions is to help the Body of Jesus Christ to boldly proclaim the Word of God and the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Hence, the Adams recognized the need to equip and train today’s forerunners using the Word of God.  The training combines worship, praise, biblical studies, intercession, prophecy, and discipleship in a church setting among supporting believers. Each trainee is mentored by a senior leader of the staff.

The Potter’s Wheel Ministry actively partners with other organizations and churches to help provide services to future forerunners and the homeless.

We service and support communities locally, nationally, and internationally.  Our services include,
  • Lead the Way Training
  • Youth Ministry

Our 2025 Vision - Caring Moms Shelter of Love

Our 2025 vision is to empower at least 20 homeless moms a year to become self-sufficient: living in a stable and safe environment, with a new vision for the family.  It includes implementing various career pathways to assist moms to move into high paying and stable jobs through career development in areas such as technology, health care, and office management.  These career pathways have multiple entry and exit paths, with various levels of education, job training and work experience.  This allows the mother to start working and advance her career path while continuing to manage a household.  The plan also provides many supportive services for the entire family that improve interpersonal relationships with spiritual development, improve physical health with nutrition education, build financial security through budget management, boost educational skills and promote self-confidence--especially teenagers and adolescents, to help build the youths’ strength to achieve their goals and become productive adults.

Your support:
  • Helped over 600 homeless men, women and children
  • Trained and equipped many individuals through seminars and workshops
  • Provided outreach enrichment programs for youths and elderly
  • Completed over 2,400 hours of pray each year
This would not be possible without your donations.  Please consider making a monthly payment of just $10 or more, or a one-time donation in an amount of your choice.
