About Us

The Founders - George & Omedaur Adams

In 2008, founders Omeduar and George Adams were moved by the lack of presentational training for ministers and the plight of homelessness as part of their volunteer work.  Their passion is servicing the local community to improve the lives of people they see daily.   They wanted to provide a bridge that would help people overcome the barriers regardless of life’s situations.  The ministry helps
  • train and equip individuals who are not able to attend seminary training
  • provide for individuals and families who live below the cost-of-living standard and homelessness to becoming independent and self-sufficient
  • educate and promote youth's preventive awareness and opportunities to become healthy productive adults
  • pray and mentor individuals monthly
  • by actively going to communities and offering our love first, and then our services

One of our main missions is to help the Body of Jesus Christ to boldly proclaim the Word of God and the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Hence, the Adams recognized the need to equip and train today’s forerunners using the Word of God.  The training combines worship, praise, biblical studies, intercession, prophecy, and discipleship in a church setting among supporting mentors and leaders.

And there’s something you need to know about us.   The Potter’s Wheel Ministry actively partners with other organizations and churches to help provide services to people.   We are not just sharing locally, but around the world such as, Haiti and India.    Some of our dollars supports FEED the Children, The American Red Cross and World Missionary each month.  Every time you hear about their work around the world remember your donations are at work.    We are always reaching out as the Spirit leads and looking for ways to bless the Lord through our service to Him.   We are workers in the kingdom of God by sharing, caring, giving and lending a helping hand where needed.
